I would rank it higher if they would update the app to rotate the screen on an iPad that is connected to a keyboard.

Would love to try this app, but the email to complete my registration never arrived ... Also, first interactions with the app were a little buggy.

If youre booking through the BCD website / getthere.net, its the only way to live. However, I booked a trip to Dallas and emailed in my itinerary. Should have triple checked it, for some reason it decided the address of my hotel (clearly and simply listed on the itinerary) was a completely different part of Dallas, but about the same distance from the airport so it didnt strike me odd. Only once I "arrived" in a very shady part of town with more bail bonds places than Ive ever seen did I realize that it had parsed the address incorrectly and I was 45 minutes away from the actual address of the hotel. Despite this pretty comical misstep, I still really like the app for how I use it 99% of the time, so 4 stars.

So easy and convenient.

Ive used TripSource for 6 months now. I find it very easy to use, it is very well laid out, and it is simple. It has always been accurate for me (4 trips), even when things change. I highly recommend it.

I loved this app. It kept me updated with everything. I had a 4 hour delay and I was the first to know in my group because of this app. Everyone else was calling the airline. I will definitely use it on every trip. Kept me at ease and informed.
